Select Networking -> Load balancers from the left sidebar.
Find and click on the name of the load balancer you wish to delete.
From the Actions sidebar click Delete load balancer
Complete the confirmation prompt and click the Delete button.
The load balancer will be scheduled for removal and traffic will no longer be load balanced for any rules created within the removed load balancer. Rules for virtual machines within any remaining load balancers will be unaffected.
