There exist three methods for regaining access to your account should you have issues with your chosen 2FA methods. The first two options are self-service and involve you using either your 2FA recovery key or a code sent via SMS to the recovery mobile number you have stored on file. The latter option involves ID verification via a support ticket and will only be considered suitable where you can not use either of the first two methods.
